Lucky

Lucky was born of seafoam felt and pink thread. When a sewing accident claimed his leg, he didn't mourn the loss... he repurposed it.

He took his severed paw, fitted it with a polished silver cap, and turned his own limb into a lucky charm. With a bone for a leg and his former foot dangling from his neck, Lucky now wanders the workshop, a jingle bell announcing that he carries his own fortune wherever he goes.

One night, Lucky cornered a hungry house cat beneath the sewing table. As the cat lunged, Lucky shook his arm, let the silver-capped foot chime against its bell, and hissed a nursery rhyme.
